Description

You will own the analysis and accuracy of payroll operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver routine and ad-hoc reports, analyses, and metrics to support payroll operations.
• Analyze and validate payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts related to payroll, identifying and explaining variances.
• Provide commentary on key drivers of general ledger variances related to payroll transactions.
• Support payroll-related projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Minimum of one year experience utilizing the SAP payroll system.
• Demonstrated experience reconciling general ledger accounts with strong knowledge of GL systems.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and interact with multiple levels of management.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Experience in payroll analysis within a large corporate environment.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in payroll analysis.
