Description

You will develop and maintain payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate processing workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage payroll processing workflows for timely and accurate execution.
• Maintain and optimize HCM database structures for performance and scalability.
• Write, debug, and maintain PL/SQL scripts to enforce data integrity and support system functionality.
• Monitor payroll system operations and resolve data discrepancies to maintain high accuracy standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in payroll development or related HCM system engineering.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, including complex query writing and optimization.
• Hands-on experience working with HCM systems and understanding their core modules.
• Degree in any graduate field.
