Description

You will develop and maintain payroll systems using Kronos and UKG platforms, managing data integrations via Boomi and Oracle HCM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure payroll workflows within Kronos and UKG environments.
• Manage data integrations using Boomi to connect payroll systems with Oracle HCM.
• Maintain and troubleshoot payroll processing pipelines.
• Support the technical lifecycle of payroll modules and related integrations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in payroll development.
• Hands-on experience with Kronos.
• Proficiency with UKG.
• Experience managing Payroll systems.
• Technical experience with Boomi integration.
• Experience working with Oracle HCM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
