Description

You will own the technical management and process optimization of the HRIS application to meet payroll business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
• Manage inter-departmental projects, including module implementations and system improvements.
• Develop and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards to support payroll processes and management requests.
• Identify gaps in business processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot HRIS system issues, resolve reporting problems, and manage service request tickets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in multi-state payroll processing.
• 3+ years of experience using comprehensive HRIS applications, specifically Workday.
• Proficiency with payroll configuration and testing.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to maintain system tables and ensure data integrity.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of experience in multi-state payroll processing.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, IT, business, or a related field.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
