Description

You will manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for a large employee base.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate payroll for over 5,000 employees using both manual methods and payroll software.
• Prepare monthly reports including Salary JV, Salary monthly Variance, Cost Center, and Attrition reports.
• Execute monthly statutory filings for PF, ESI, PT, and LWF.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and general inquiries.
• Ensure all deliverables meet stipulated turnaround times (TAT) and client requirements.

Required Skills

• 2-8 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Hands-on experience with Salary JV and Salary monthly Variance reporting.
• Proficiency in generating Cost Center and Attrition reports.
• Direct experience handling PF, ESI, PT, and LWF statutory filings.
• Basic knowledge of TDS and 24Q filing activities.
• Ability to manage high-volume payroll for 5,000+ employees.
• Any Graduate degree.
