Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes and project lifecycles.
• Lead system implementations and integration efforts.
• Oversee data migration tasks during payroll system transitions.
• Coordinate with global project teams in Hudson Yards and Paris.
• Collaborate directly with the local payroll team in Tampa.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in payroll management.
• Direct experience with SAP Payroll.
• Proven track record in project management.
• Experience with system implementation and integration.
• Hands-on experience with data migration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Kronos.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
