Description

You will manage accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple LATAM countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal SLAs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate payroll data for LATAM regions, reconciling inputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform payroll audits, quality assurance checks, and variance analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to verify payroll inputs and respond to employee inquiries.
• Monitor processing timelines, maintain records, and escalate compliance risks or operational issues.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in payroll, finance, accounting, or shared services environments.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced global environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, HR, Languages, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Portuguese language skills.
• Experience with international clients or multicultural teams.
