Responsibilities

• Collect timesheet data and payroll information from employees.
• Enter accurate data into payroll and administrative databases.
• Calculate overtime and billed hours precisely.
• Maintain strict records of payroll documentation, transactions, and leave data.
• Resolve payroll-related inquiries and detect issues regarding uncollected payroll.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Proven ability to manage timesheet collection and data entry.
• Experience calculating overtime and billed hours.
• Strong record-keeping skills for payroll documentation and leave management.
• Ability to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee concerns.
