You will manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring strict tax and regulatory compliance while administering employee benefits.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll cycles, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Prepare and submit federal, state, and local payroll tax filings while resolving discrepancies.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans, and verify all deductions.
• Generate payroll reports for management, HR, and finance, and maintain records for auditing.
• Resolve employee inquiries regarding tax withholdings, benefits, and payroll documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in Payroll Administration and Human Resources (HR) functions.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and complex calculations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources.
