Description

You will manage the full project lifecycle to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements within the Property and Casualty insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Drive all project phases from initiation to closing to meet specific business needs.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for various eCommerce applications.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, UAT, and Infrastructure teams on resource allocation and project planning.
• Analyze metrics to lead continuous improvement of business analysis processes and standards.

Required Skills

• 10 years of Business Analysis experience specifically within the Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
• Deep functional knowledge of Policy Administration, eCommerce, Billing, Claims, and financial applications.
• Hands-on experience with third-party integrations including LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, and CLUE.
• Proficiency with Web Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Technical familiarity with SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Understanding of Web Services and APIs.
• Ability to perform object and entity-relationship modeling and state-transition diagramming.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Postman, REST API, and SOAP UI.
