Description

Act as the onshore subject matter expert for P&C insurance operations and brokerage workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems to design functional solutions and convert stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Define functional test scenarios and cases to identify requirement gaps.
• Perform database reviews for data quality, including Master, Reference, and Transactional datasets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on business needs.

Required Skills

• P&C Insurance domain expertise.
• Brokerage experience covering New Business, Placement, Policy Servicing, Billing, and Claims Management.
• Experience with AMS systems and their specific nuances.
• Knowledge of insurance reporting and analytics for Policy, Billing, Accounting, and Commission Reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform detailed business analysis and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining Epics, User Stories, and conducting stakeholder playbacks in Agile environments.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic MS SQL knowledge.
