Description

Manage hardware, software, and network troubleshooting for a role requiring extensive travel. You will own the technical resolution of infrastructure issues while maintaining rigorous documentation and operational standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and Ethernet network topology issues.
• Develop and write technical documentation for systems and procedures.
• Evaluate and test emerging technologies to meet business needs.
• Manage tickets and follow department operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of current working experience in an IT field.
• Active Directory management.
• Windows Server (2008 and 2012) engineering.
• Windows 10 and Windows 7 operating systems.
• Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency.
• System Center Operations Manager 2012 R2.
• Knowledge of backup solutions and IT infrastructure industry standards.
• Valid AZ Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Preferred Skills

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
