Description

You will provide technical support and hardware maintenance within an enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Configure and repair computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and procedures.
• Test emerging technologies and apply solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with teams across organizations to manage infrastructure needs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of current working experience in an IT field.
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, and Windows 7.
• Knowledge of computer hardware configuration and repair.
• Understanding of Ethernet network topology and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2008, Server 2012, and System Center Operations Manager 2012 R2.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, Office, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of backup solutions and IT infrastructure industry standards.
• Ability to manage ticket-based workflows and department operating procedures.
• Valid AZ Driver’s license with a good driving record for extensive travel.

Preferred Skills

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
