You will provide on-site hardware support and repairs at various locations in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities

• Perform PC hardware break-fix repairs at client sites.
• Manage software installation and configuration tasks.
• Complete required product training to maintain service standards.
• Travel between locations using reliable transportation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in computer repair.
• Expertise in Dell Desktop PC installation and support.
• Proven ability to handle PC hardware break-fix calls.
• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.
• Any graduate degree.
