Provide on-site hardware support and technical repair services for Dell laptops and desktops across multiple locations in Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware issues and perform break-fix repairs on Dell laptops and PCs.
• Order and manage necessary replacement parts to resolve technical failures.
• Handle hardware break-fix calls at various physical sites.
• Document software installations and detailed troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in computer repair and hardware support.
• Expert A+ Certification.
• Proficiency in Dell Desktop PC installation and support.
• Hands-on experience with break-fix procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with software installation and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site at multiple locations.
