Description

Provide hands-on technical support and hardware repair for Dell desktops and laptops, including diagnosing issues and managing break-fix workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware issues and perform break-fix repairs on Dell PCs and laptops.
• Order necessary replacement parts for hardware repairs.
• Handle hardware break-fix calls across various locations.
• Install and support required software and hardware components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or hardware repair.
• Expert-level A+ Certification.
• Proficiency in Dell Desktop PC hardware and troubleshooting.
• Experience with computer hardware repair and break-fix procedures.
• Skilled in software installation and system support.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or any graduate qualification.
