You will provide hardware break-fix support for Dell desktops and laptops across multiple locations in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware issues and malfunctions in Dell laptops and PCs.
• Perform hardware repairs and component replacements.
• Order necessary replacement parts for repairs.
• Handle technical break-fix calls at various sites.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware support.
• Expert-level knowledge of Dell Desktop PCs.
• Proven experience with hardware installation and support.
• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users during technical support calls.
