Description

You will design and layout multi-layer PCBs to meet electrical and mechanical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-layer PCB layouts and create schematic diagrams using industry-standard tools.
• Perform design rule checks (DRC), electrical rule checks (ERC), and signal integrity analysis.
• Generate and review Bill of Materials (BOM), Gerber files, and assembly drawings.
• Troubleshoot design issues during prototype builds and support transition to mass production.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure component integration and enclosure compatibility.

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience in PCB design.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer, Cadence, or Eagle.
• Experience with multi-layer PCB layout and schematic capture.
• Knowledge of signal integrity analysis and design rule checks.
• Ability to manage BOM, Gerber files, and assembly documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware during the prototype phase.
• Understanding of manufacturing feasibility and cost optimization.
