Description

You will design complex PCBs for medical systems and devices, owning high-speed routing and signal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-speed PCB routing, including power planes, creepage, clearance, and length matching.
• Implement high-speed interfaces such as SATA, DDR4, DDR5, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, and PMIC.
• Manage PCB eCAD libraries using EDM Library and the Constraints Editor System.
• Utilize Fablink for panelization, Variant Manager, and Drawing Editor tools.
• Apply DFM/DFA principles and perform Valor Analysis to ensure manufacturability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PCB eCAD design.
• Proficiency with Siemens Xpedition Layout and DxDesigner VX2.8.
• Experience designing for medical systems and devices.
• Hands-on knowledge of high-speed interface protocols (DDR4/5, PCIe, USB, etc.).
• Expertise in routing high-speed signals and managing power planes.
• Working knowledge of DFM, DFA, and Valor Analysis.
• Ability to manage PCB libraries and constraints.
