Description

You will design complex PCBs using Siemens Xpedition VX tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute PCB layout design including component placement, constraint settings, and layer stackup.
• Route high-speed signals for interfaces such as SATA, DDR4, DDR5, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, and PMIC.
• Manage power planes, creepages, clearances, and length matching requirements.
• Maintain PCB eCAD libraries using EDM Library.
• Apply DFM/DFA principles and perform Valor Analysis to ensure manufacturability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Siemens Xpedition VX.
• Expertise in Siemens Xpedition Layout and DxDesigner VX2.12.
• Proficiency with Constraint Editor System, Fablink (Panelisation), Variant Manager, and Drawing Editor.
• Deep knowledge of high-speed interface routing.
• Hands-on experience with power plane design and creepage/clearance specifications.
• Strong understanding of DFM and DFA principles.
• Experience using Valor Analysis.
• Ability to manage complex PCB component placement and layer stackups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EDM Library for eCAD component management.
