Description

You will own the design and implementation of DFT and ICT processes to ensure maximum test coverage for PCB production.

Responsibilities

• Design PCB DFT and ICT fixtures to achieve maximum test coverage.
• Develop Boundary scan protocols using x1149 analyzers.
• Review schematics to define manufacturing test requirements for hardware component verification.
• Manage ICT fixture vendors through RFQ, development, and fabrication to validate setups before pilot builds.
• Partner with manufacturing software and test engineers to deploy test cases into scripts and sequences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PCB testing and diagnostics.
• Expertise in PCB DFT (Design for Test).
• Experience with ICT (In-Circuit Test) fixture design and validation.
• Proficiency in Boundary scan development using x1149 analyzers.
• Ability to review schematics for manufacturing test requirements.
• Experience with board bring-up and failure mode documentation.
• Background working with hardware (HW) engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating with manufacturing software (Mfg SW) test engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for working within cross-functional teams (CFT).
