Description

You will provide desktop, server, and network support for internal customers across various Arizona locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and repair PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues, including Ethernet topology and connectivity.
• Perform preventive maintenance on client and server platforms.
• Implement software patches, security fixes, and validated system configurations.
• Support server environments and assist with major hardware and software deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in an IT field.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Active Directory.
• Experience with Server 2008 and Server 2012 engineering.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of PC hardware configuration and repair.
• Understanding of Ethernet network topology and infrastructure technologies.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s license with a clean driving record for extensive daily travel.

Preferred Skills

• Associate or Bachelor degree in a related field.
