Description

Lead complex technology implementations by driving continuous re-engineering and refactoring to build elegant, simple systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect overall systems using prototyping and proof of concepts to ensure strategic alignment with business growth.
• Decompose business and system architecture to support clean-interface development across multiple teams.
• Develop product roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable success criteria while writing actionable user stories.
• Design database schemas and implement daily or weekly jobs that interact with external interfaces.
• Direct team members in compiling business requirements and executing project milestones.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical architecture and system design.
• Proficiency in Ruby, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of automated configuration management using Ansible.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment using Jenkins.
• Expertise in designing database schemas and managing JBOSS Messaging with Spring-JMS connectivity.

Preferred Skills

• Administration and tuning of IBM DB2 LUW database systems, including HADR and auto-failover.
• Experience with IBM DB2 backup, restore, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
