Description

You will lead Design and Release (D&R) activities for PD Customizations, covering systems and parts for Body, Chassis, Electrical, and Powertrain applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead D&R processes for accessories and ideation, managing concept development, costs, risks, and engineering details such as CAD.
• Manage tophat and platform program deliverables, including workplans, program control, and build phases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute recovery plans and ensure program deliverables remain on track.
• Support accessory PATs and manufacturing forums to align on ideation and optimize manufacturing footprints.
• Develop management presentations regarding cost status, issue identification, and next steps.
• Manage Global Integrator compliance and initiate conformance plans or 5D processes as required.
• Oversee prototype and production builds, providing support at assembly plants when necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent business experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong business acumen with experience in financials and TFLE estimation.
• Ability to present technical and program status at Chief Design Forums or Program Action Teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize complex program requirements.
• Knowledge of Sourcing Processes and Change Control/CNE Meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WERS and AIMS.
