Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications while mentoring the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable Java applications.
• Mentor and oversee a team of Java developers to ensure code quality and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine project requirements.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Resolve complex technical issues and ensure application security and performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Java Developer.
• Extensive expertise with Java, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in SQL, specifically with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
