Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and deployment of the Pega PRPC runtime environment. You ensure smooth operation through day-to-day administration, infrastructure design, and advanced troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient operation of the Pega environment.
• Design and implement infrastructure based on technical specifications.
• Connect applications to back-end resources and perform advanced troubleshooting.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation with flexible working hours.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pega PRPC Administration (versions 7.3-8.4).
• Experience with Pega WebSphere App Server (WAS), MQ Linux, MSSQL, and Windows platforms.
• Strong experience in RDBMS analysis and tuning.
• Operating system proficiency in Windows and Linux.
• Strong JVM experience.
• Experience using performance monitoring tools such as PAL, PMI, Pega (PDC), and Windows Performance Monitor.
• Knowledge of Source Control.
• Demonstrated experience in systems administration and analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience and certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JBOSS, Tomcat, or API setup.
• SQL execution knowledge.
