Description

You manage the release and operational health of Pega application production and test environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage regular RAP deployments from non-production through production environments.
• Troubleshoot live production issues and implement short-term and long-term solutions.
• Execute Pega upgrades, patches, and PRPCl migrations.
• Monitor day-to-day operational health using PAL, PMI, AES, and Windows Performance Monitor.
• Support Pega CI/CD pipelines, SVT testing, and scheduled disaster recovery drills.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of Pega Administration experience, including installing and configuring Pega upgrades.
• 3+ years of Pega Development experience, including configuration of Pega rule components.
• Strong experience with Pega PRPCl migration.
• Proficiency in Java, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Relational Databases, specifically Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong Linux Administration and JVM experience.
• Experience with WebSphere Liberty App Server.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega 8.x and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD using Jenkins and other open source tools.
• Experience with WebSphere, JBoss, or Tomcat.
