You will design, develop, and support Pega-based applications focused on fulfillment and servicing.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, code, test, and debug applications using Pega 8.x and CLM.
Enhance active production applications and perform root cause analysis on production issues.
Implement web-based REST integrations using Connect-REST and Service-REST.
Manage backend jobs including Agents, Job Schedulers, and Queue Processors.
Monitor application logs and use PRPC tools to diagnose functional and performance issues.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Pega design and development.
Hands-on expertise with Pega PRPC: ECS, Case Type, Process Flows, Activities, Data transforms, Harness, Sections, Decision Rules, Reporting, and Security Rules.
CSA or CSSA certification.
Strong understanding of Pega guardrails and best practices.
Experience with REST integration components.
Knowledge of performance tuning, deployment processes, and SDLC methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug Pega application logs.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Experience adopting Pega applications with CI/CD tools.
