Description

Design, develop, and maintain business solutions using the Pega platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega BPM applications, including class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
• Integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services to meet business requirements.
• Develop, code, and test program modules according to design specifications.
• Troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and tuning to ensure applications meet technical and functional specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically using the Pega Systems framework.
• Hands-on experience with full lifecycle Pega 8.x implementations.
• Deep understanding of Pega Rules components including DX API, UI, Activities, Flows, Declaratives, Decision, Validation, Reports, and Correspondences.
• Proficiency in designing, coding, testing, and configuring software applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Pega Senior System Architect (8.x).
