Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega workflow applications within the Digital Enterprise Documents Digitization and Workflow Solutions portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues requiring deep Pega workflow understanding and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams in Agile labs to ensure production readiness, stability, and adherence to security and audit standards.
• Manage incident response processes and provide timely status reports on critical system processes to management.
• Proactively identify monitoring gaps, perform security assessments, and suggest architectural enhancements for Pega solutions.
• Support code promotions through automation and participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of production support experience with the ability to lead teams through incident response.
• Certified Pega System Architect.
• Hands-on Pega support expertise including tracing, rulesets, agents/listeners, job schedulers, and Connect SOAP/REST.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries, functions, views, and executing stored procedures in DB2/SCON.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Zabbix, PagerDuty, Splunk, and Kibana.
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure including AIX, DB2, F5, NAS, OCP, and z/OS.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues involving service and streaming technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Camunda, Angular, Java, JavaScript, and Cloud Technologies.
• Knowledge of REST, Web Services, and Agile tools including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and GitHub.
