Description

Manage and support large-scale Pega PRPC environments throughout the full application development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, testing, debugging, and implementation of business-centric applications.
• Enforce best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding.
• Configure and manage Pega rules including Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, and Reports.
• Implement and maintain security, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, and PRPC Security.
• Manage Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, and SOAP Services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in application/production support of Pega PRPC environments.
• Pega CSA or CSSA certification is mandatory; LSA certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience with REST APIs and SQL.
• Proficiency with Postman for developing and maintaining software solutions.
• Experience with web technologies including Java, HTML5, JavaScript, and Ajax.
• Proven ability to design and develop process-based solutions or BPM.
• Experience in all software development phases from design to implementation and support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium Grid, Sauce Labs, and LaunchDarkly.
