Description

Lead the architectural design and implementation of Pega-based systems for enterprise integration and scaling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale Pega systems to meet complex enterprise requirements.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles and design patterns to system architecture.
• Solve complex technical issues through analytical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate within Agile and Scrum frameworks to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Deep expertise with Pega version 8.x.
• Proven track record in Pega systems scaling and integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Proficiency in database design and SQL.
