Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level business solutions using PegaSystems tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design data models and schemas to support multiple business use cases across core technical stacks.
• Migrate rules from legacy platforms into Pega, ensuring seamless transitions for existing consumers.
• Manage the full systems life cycle, including planning, coding, testing, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Consult with users to identify operating procedures, clarify objectives, and recommend code reuse.
• Implement data accuracy across the product portfolio and define technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building model-driven solutions using PegaSystems PRPC.
• CSSA certification is required.
• Expertise in designing Enterprise Class Rules, PRPC Flows, Activities, Reports, Correspondence, Case Management, and PRPC Integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ADM modeling using Pega and Champion Challenger.
• Proficiency with J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java) and Oracle.
• Experience integrating with Databases, Web Services, MQ, and Middleware technologies.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented principles and Agile Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with BPM and Decisioning concepts.
• Experience with cloud and distributed computing.
