Description

Lead the design and development of scalable Pega-based solutions and system architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design Pega applications, workflows, and decisioning models based on business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while reviewing Pega rules implementation.
• Configure Pega modules, rules, and business logic to ensure alignment with technical feasibility.
• Analyze system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and propose optimization solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and IT teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Pega BPM, Pega CRM, and Pega Decisioning.
• Deep knowledge of the Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) platform.
• Proven experience in system architecture, data modeling, and UI design.
• Expertise in Pega rules configuration and process flows.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSAs).
• Experience with Pega RPA, DevOps, or cloud-based Pega deployments.
