Description

You will serve as the technical lead for Pega system implementations, owning architectural decisions and technical delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega solutions aligned with technical requirements.
• Lead architectural decisions for complex Pega projects.
• Oversee technical delivery to ensure strict alignment with architectural standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with multiple Pega technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Proven track record in technical leadership and architectural design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing technical delivery for complex Pega implementations.
