Description

You will own the design and delivery of large-scale enterprise process solutions on the Pega Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate BPM requirement specifications into Pega process model prototypes and solutions.
• Design and implement complex enterprise integrations using industry-standard technologies.
• Provide database models and reusable code for solution delivery.
• Identify and implement integration strategies with other enterprise applications.
• Deliver solutions that meet non-business requirements like performance and user experience.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
• 8+ years of application development and architectural experience using the Pega Platform.
• Strong experience in design patterns and transaction management, focusing on Pega patterns.
• Experience designing in n-tier and load-balanced environments.
• Proficiency with Pega Design and Development.
• Experience integrating with LDAP and Active Directory.
• Ability to work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand requirements.
