Description

You will design and implement complex technical solutions on the Pega platform, owning the full lifecycle from technical specifications to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and document solution architecture and technical specifications for complex Pega implementations.
• Build solutions using Pega rules, including cases, flows, declaratives, job schedulers, and queue processors.
• Implement Pega Authorization and Authentication concepts to secure application access.
• Scope, plan, and deliver projects using iterative software development lifecycles across multiple release cycles.
• Present technical problem definitions and proposed solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required.
• 7+ years of experience with Pega 7.x and 8.x.
• 8+ years of general IT experience.
• Expertise in object-oriented analysis, design, and OOP concepts.
• Strong integration skills including SOAP/REST, XML, JSON, payload mapping, and multipart document uploads.
• Proficiency in RDBMS tools such as Oracle or MSSQL with advanced SQL (PL/SQL, T-SQL) and database performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with design patterns and CI/CD configuration.
• Knowledge of Web technologies including CSS, JavaScript, Servlets, and JSP.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
• Experience with Pega Cloud (AWS) or third-party cloud-hosted solutions.
