Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Pega applications while ensuring compliance with platform best practices.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Pega developers to ensure technical quality and adherence to design patterns.
  • Design and implement workflows and applications using Pega PRPC.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical Pega solutions.
  • Manage system configuration, integrations, custom development, and performance tuning.
  • Support deployments, upgrades, and migrations within the Pega environment.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Pega development and technical leadership.
  • Hands-on expertise with Pega BPM.
  • Proficiency in Pega CRM.
  • Experience with Pega Marketing.
  • Ability to perform Pega system configuration and integration.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and troubleshooting system integration challenges.
  • Ability to estimate effort and define project milestones.
  • Any Graduate degree.
