You will own the implementation of the decisioning logic enhancement roadmap to increase business value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the implementation of decisioning logic enhancements.
• Design, code, and debug applications within Pega and other software languages.
• Drive continuous improvement of existing decisioning logic.
• Maintain application compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega's Customer Decision Hub.
• Expertise in PegaRULES engine and Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Demonstrated experience with Pega Financial Frameworks and Enterprise Application Systems.
• Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub version 8.5 and above.
• Familiarity with Next Best Action Designer implementation.
• 8+ years in programming and software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Required experience with Performance Tuning and PRPC.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Certification as Certified Senior System Architect.

Preferred Skills

• LSA Certification.
• Experience with legacy transformation projects using Pega CDH.
