Description

You will own the implementation of the decisioning logic enhancement roadmap to generate business value.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, code, and debug applications in Pega and various software languages.
• Drive continuous improvement of decisioning logic across implementations.
• Maintain compliance standards across all Pega solutions.
• Own the full life cycle application and Agile development process.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega's Customer Decision Hub.
• Expert knowledge of PegaRULES engine and Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Experience with Next Best Action Designer implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with Pega Financial Frameworks Enterprise Application System.
• PRPC experience is required.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Certification as Certified Senior System Architect.

Preferred Skills

• LSA Certification.
• Experience with legacy transformation projects with Pega CDH.
