Description

You will lead the architecture and technical delivery of Pega PRPC-based solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega PRPC Enterprise Class Structures and application architectures.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through stakeholder collaboration.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Pega projects to ensure timely execution.
• Optimize existing Pega systems for scalability, reusability, and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega architecture and system design.
• Expertise in Pega PRPC concepts and rule types.
• Proven ability to design and implement Enterprise Class Structure.
• Experience managing end-to-end Pega solution delivery.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong system architecture skills.
