Description

Lead the design and architecture of Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect new Pega solutions, including case design and data-model design.
• Develop high-level design documents and technical specifications.
• Oversee implementation of Pega applications, covering configuration, customization, and system integration.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements.

Required Skills

• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification required.
• 10+ years of experience executing full life-cycle Pega projects.
• Expertise in Pega, PRPC, and case design.
• Proficiency in design, development, testing, and deployment on the Pega platform.
• Experience with database management and integration.
• Knowledge of Automation and DevOps workflows.
• Experience with Jenkins.
• Background in Customer Service applications.
• Knowledge of CSA and CSSA levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience ensuring solutions meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.
