Define the technology architecture strategy for next-generation claims applications and associated platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and simplification of complex architectures for claims processing and payment transaction systems.
• Provide technical direction to ensure solutions are modular and meet requirements for security, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, development, and product teams within an Agile environment.
• Conduct practical experiments and Proof of Concepts to find technical solutions.
• Drive solution-driven discussions and build alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale applications.
• Hands-on experience with Pega and Pega Service Integration.
• Proficiency in Java, MuleSoft, or .Net technologies.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to articulate technical problems and solutions.
• Ability to balance delivery speed with architectural standards.
