Description

You will own Pega production stability, release cycles, and data integrity for on-site operations in San Jose.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve high-stakes production issues and provide dedicated on-call weekend support to ensure business continuity.
• Lead large-scale data integrity optimizations, including deleting millions of records to prevent system shutdowns.
• Own the monthly Pega release cycle, managing testing with QA through to final deployment.
• Write complex SQL queries using AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Pega.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience utilizing GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to manage full software release cycles.
• Any Graduate education.
