Description

Lead technical design and implementation of business requirements using Pega system software and DCO capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes into technical artifacts including BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Design and configure Pega rules, flows, and user interface drafts.
• Manage requirement artifacts through traceability, version control, and change control.
• Transform business requirements into detailed data mapping specifications.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver GUI requirements, screen mock-ups, and interface designs.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
• 2+ years of experience with Pega DCO capabilities.
• Ability to design and configure Pega rules and process flows.
• Proficiency in translating business needs into data mapping specs.
• Experience with interface and integration technologies.
• Ability to create Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) and interface mock-ups.
• Background in requirements management and facilitation best practices.
