Description

You will design and implement Pega applications by translating business requirements into technical solutions. You own the full development lifecycle, from capturing requirements to validating functional and non-functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement role-based security and Enterprise Class Structure.
• Develop user interfaces using Pega PRPC activities, flows, flow actions, assignments, and declarative rules.
• Integrate Pega with external applications using connectors and integration services.
• Provide technical direction to project teams to ensure development follows standards and best practices.
• Capture business requirements through direct interaction with product owners and users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience with Pega software or Java-centric enterprise application systems.
• Hands-on experience with Pega 7.2 and proficiency with Pega PRPC.
• Experience with SOAP/REST web service integration.
• SA Certification with Pega 7 Platform.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent progressive experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega 7.3.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
