Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and architecture of business applications using Pega PRPC and other frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega BPM and integration software architectures.
• Define As-Is and To-Be business process architectures and analyze gaps between them.
• Serve as the technical lead for architecture, design, and interface decisions related to BPM and integration systems.
• Collaborate with information, security, and enterprise architects to assess the impact of business process changes.
• Establish engineering standards, design patterns, and guidelines to support organizational reuse.
• Assess the feasibility of new business requirements and recommend alternative technical approaches.
• Implement engineering best practices including code reviews and automated unit testing.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience with Pega PRPC 5.3 or higher.
• Strong experience with BPM tools such as Pega, Oracle BPM, or Lombardi.
• Technical mastery in OOO, SOA, ESB CSA concepts, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Expertise with XML concepts and tools, including DTD, XSD, and XML parsers.
• Experience designing and building systems for high traffic and high transaction volumes.
• Experience implementing service-oriented architectures.
• Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Systems Architect Certification.
• Experience with TOGAF, Agile, SDLC, or Iterative methodologies.
• Experience with distributed systems, queuing systems, and business data transfer techniques.
