Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and architecture of business applications using Pega PRPC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega BPM and integration software architectures.
• Define As-Is and To-Be business process architectures and analyze gaps.
• Serve as the technical lead for architecture, design, and interface decisions.
• Establish engineering standards, design patterns, and guidelines for organizational reuse.
• Implement engineering best practices including code reviews and automated unit testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Pega PRPC 5.3 or higher.
• Strong experience with BPM tools such as Pega, Oracle BPM, or Lombardi.
• Technical mastery in OOO, SOA, ESB CSA concepts, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Expertise with XML concepts and tools, including DTD, XSD, and XML parsers.
• Experience designing and building systems for high traffic and high transaction volumes.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Systems Architect Certification.
• Experience with TOGAF, Agile, SDLC, or Iterative methodologies.
