Description

Drive requirement gathering and implementation using Pega PRPC and Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business teams through requirement gathering sessions and DCO workshops to capture processes into flows, specifications, and user stories.
• Design and document technical requirements, including process flows, UI mockups, wireframes, use cases, and business rules.
• Translate business processes into functional specifications and property matrices.
• Manage project lifecycle phases from inception and elaboration through construction, transition, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain technical proficiency in the latest Pega PRPC versions, features, and frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 3 to 5+ years of Pega PRPC software experience.
• Deep understanding of Pega PRPC features and DCO capabilities.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong documentation skills for creating user guides and technical specifications.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead teams through the full development life cycle.
