Description

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver functional requirements within a Pega environment. You own the end-to-end business analysis process for healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage project stakeholders to produce business analysis deliverables.
• Elicit, gather, and document requirements using BRDs and user stories.
• Capture business requirements and decompose them into functional requirements and use cases.
• Coordinate project management activities and collaborate closely with subject matter experts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within the Healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience with PEGA.
• Proven ability to perform business and requirement analysis.
• Experience producing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and User Stories.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to facilitate requirement elicitation via various articulation methods.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
